Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Docket No. 50-220 Your letter of July 6, 1973, requested us to submit proposed Environmental Technical Specifications for Nine Mile Point Unit 1.

These proposed specifications have been prepared and are set out in detail in the attachment to this letter.

Included for your use are three signed originals and forty copies.

It is, intended that this information will be evaluated and used to develop the environmental specifications which will be incorporated into the operating license for Unit 1.

The proposed specifications have been reviewed and approved by the Site Operations Review Committee and the Safety Review and Audit Board of the Applicant.
