In order to clarify your response to Item No. 6 of our list 'of items

of noncompliance with regulatory requirements, discussions

'ugust 2, 1973.

Based on these discussions, we understand that un; authorized changes to procedures will not be permitted in the future and that the development and review of procedures required by the Technical Specifications will be accomplished expeditiously to assure that approved procedures are available for maintaining and testing the faci'lity in the futur~.
