This analysis determines the rod block setting to assure that the MCPR safoty limit is not exceeded.

Since the GETAB and Appendix K reviews are being performed concurrently, your are requested to provide the staff with your analysis of tho Rod 1Qthdrawal Error Transient and the appropriate rod block sotpoints in support of your proposed GHTAB Technical Specifications.

To maintain our review schedule,, you aro. requested to submit this analysis by September 1, 1975; This request for generic information was approved by GAO under a blankot clearance numbor B-180225 (R0072); this clearance expires July 31, 1977.
