y Attached are three copies of the Nine Mile Poin Nuclear Station Unit 2 submittal describing compliance with I CO
'itle l0 of'he Code of Federal Regulations Part 50, Appendix I.
More specifically, this report provides the information requested as described in Enclosure 2 of your October 8, l975 letter.
The analysis performed demonstrates that radwaste system additions would not be cost-benefit effective in reducing population dose.
Therefore, the existing system design limits population dose to as low as reasonably achievable.
