Based on our preliminary review of available information, such an accident was considered during the licensing review for your facility and potential site boundary radiation exposures would be well within 10 CFR Part 100 guidelines.

On the basis of this review we expect that modifica-tions to your design willnot be required.

Should you have information that might change the results of our review, please notify us promptly.
