Dear Mr. Case:
My August 19, 1976 letter indicated that feedwater nozzle design information would be provided before January 30, 1978.
This schedule was based on General Electric finalizing the design and providing the report within this period.
General Electric has kept,your staff informed of the progress and schedule for finalizing the feedwater nozzle design.
General Electric indicates that this design infor-mation will be available about April, 1978.
Based on this schedule, Niagara Mohawk's final report will be submitted in July, 1978.
We will keep you advised of further schedule changes if they occur.
