September 15, 1977 This Supplement has been prepared in a format with pagination for in-sertion in the OFFR directly following Amendment 1 (Reference 3), super-seding Amendment 2 (Reference
- 4) entirely.
To facilitate identification of the changes comprising Supplement 1,
a vertical line and the abbre-viation "Sl" have been added to the margin adjacent to each Supplement 1-item.
Those items without marginal notations comprise the original Amendment 2 (Reference 4).
Please replace OFFR pages A-29 through A-61 (Amendment 2) with the enclosed Supplement 1, and'iscard the replaced pages.
The planned supplements and other changes to this Amendment will be effected through similar page substitutions or expansion to ensure continuity both in subject matter and, chronology.
