Enclosed is a copy of the AEC regulatory staff's letter to the applicant dated December 22, 1972, which requests review of the control circuits of all safety related equipment at the Nine Mile Point, Unit No. 1 facility.

Also enclosed is a copy of the applicant's letter to the staff dated January ll, 1973, which concerns a proposed change for the Nine Mile Point Unit No. 1 facility.

Finally, we. enclose a copy of our response to the State of New York' Petition for Leave to Intervene as an interested state in the above captioned proceeding, We would suggest, ifour understanding as expressed in the first fullparagraph on page two of our z esponse is correct, that you conBrm same by an appropriate pleading.
