Dear Mr. Cuddy:
This willconQrm our con~ersation of Monday, February 4, 1974. I am en-closing herewith testimony of ABC and of Niagara Mohawk Corporation relating to conservation of energy in the Nine MilePoint proceeding.
Mr. Scinto suggested that the applicant should be prepared to specifically address conservation of energy in terms of the four measures listed by the Commission in its Midland decision dated January 24, 3.974.
As your people get into these matters, I would like to discuss this with you.
With best regards.
Sincerely, Charles A., Barth Counsel for hEC Regualtory Staff
