Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Docket No. 50-220 DPR-63
Dear Mr. Lear:
This letter is to inform you that t'e upgraded liquid radioactive waste treatment system for Nine Mile Point Unit 1 was operational in June, 1975.
The gaseous radioactive waste treat-ment system has been constructed, pre-operational tested and ready to be placed into operation.
This is in accordance with the requirement of Paragraph 2.Dg) of Facility Operating License DPR<<63.
Because of the low off~as releases,,the gaseous system need not be placed into operation to comply with the limits of Specification 2.4 of the Environmental Technical Specifications.
The system will be placed into operation the next time that the ~ <z~,ij ("-"; l unit is in a shutdown condition.
