Dear Mr. Lear:
Your letter of August 11, 1976 requested an evaluation of Nine Mile Point Unit 1 relative to plant operation and equipment failures during a degraded grid voltage condition. It is the purpose of this letter to inform you that our extensive efforts undertaken to date reveal the need for further analyses, in order to fully respond to your letter.
We presently anticipate sub-mitting the requested information by October 16, 1976.
