My letter of March 8, 1977 indicated that we planned to have the Containment Atmospheric Dilution System operable by September 30, 1977.

However, due to procurement delays with obtaining ASME code cryogenic relief valves and the associated delays in performing pre-operational

tests, the system cannot be operable until October 31, 1977.

In the interim., capability for nitrogen addition and manual venting will be maintained.
