Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Docket No, 50-220 DPR-63 Gentlemen:
Our letter of September 20, 1977 indicated that the Containment Atmospheric Dilution System would be operable by October 31, 1977.
- However, due to an underestimation of time to complete Quality Control documentation and to prepare Operational Procedures, the system will not be operable until November 21, 1977.
In the interim, capability for nitrogen addition and manual.venting will be maintained.
