Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 1 & Unit 2 Facility Operating License No. NPF-90 NRC Docket No. 50-390, 50-391 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revision ln accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V, 10 CFR 50.54(qX5), and 10 CFR 72.44(f), the following Emergency Plan lmplementing Procedure (EPIP) has been revised to correct the location of the Rad Monitor 1&2-RE-90-61, added step 3.1.E to include information from the NRC lnterim Staff Guidance document about timeliness of classification, changed Shift Manager to SED as the responsible position in the Note prior to step 3.2.A for clarity, and added flood as a natural phenomena example in EAL 7.5, Spent Fuel Storage:
