  • TVA has reviewed the subject draft permitdated November 17, 2016, and offers the following comments for your consideration: ' ' ; i ' '. ' ' ' '  :
1. On Page 2. under Outfall 101 and 1p2 table: ..
a. TVA requests that footnote 1:bemodified to the following: Flowshal/'be reporled in Million Gallons per Day (MGD). If the primary flow measurement device is out of service,* flow may be calculated or estimated by alternate oi: secondary *
  • flow measurement devices. ** .
b. TVA requests that footnote 4 ;be 'modified to the following: If.the primary temperature monitoring equipment fails, monitoring will be done once per day. .

Reasonable. and timely effort wil~ be made to restore a temperature recorder to dpe,ration as soon as possiblf!. See Part ill for furlher temperature requirements.

Secondary temperature meflsurement de.vices may be installed and calibrated for continuous use.'

2. On Page 4,. TVA requests that a narrative condition under Outfall 103 table be added 1:. .,,
