License Nos.:
50-275 50-323 DPR-80 DPR-82 During an NRC inspection conducted on January 5-9, 1998, a violation of NRC requirements was identified.
In accordance with the "General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," NUREG-1600, the violation is listed below:
Technical Specification 6.8.1.a requires that written procedures be established, implemented, and maintained covering the activities referenced in Regulatory Guide 1.33, Revision 2, February 1978.
Regulatory Guide 1.33, Appendix A, Section 7.e(1) references, "Access control to radiation areas, including a radiation work permit system."

Revision 1, Section 4.3.2 requires individuals to read, understand, and follow radiation work permit requirements.
Section 4.3.6 requires that individuals obtain proper dosimetry, as required by the radiation work permit, prior to entry into the radiological controlled area.
