CHANGES TO THE DIABLO CANYON NUCLEAR POWER PLANT EMERGENCY CLASSIFICATION PROCEDURE We have reviewed your letters dated January 6 and April 4, 1997, and the enclosed changes to Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EP G-1, "Emergency Classification and Emergency Plan Activation," Revision 25.
The revision was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E.V, and incorporated editorial and clarifying changes.
Based on our review, we determined that the changes are acceptable and do not appear to degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning at the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
