We have identified that the Notice of Violation (NOV) associated
with Diablo Canyon
Inspection Report 50-275/97002; 50-323/97002 issued on April 15, 1997, was missing
one line of text at the top of page 2 of the NOV. This missing line is associated
with
Violation A(3).
We are reissuing the NOV in its entirety and a lined out original.
Please replace the
originally issued NOV with the enclosed
(revised NOV and lined out original).
Nothing else
has been modified.
