Subject:
Emergency
- Plan, Revision 3, Change 15, which transmitted Revision 3
~ Change
- 15. to the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan.
This revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and incorporated the following changes:
(1) plant staff organization
- changes, (2) emergency response organization
- changes, (3) changes in methods for staffing and operating emergency response facilities, (4) emergency action level changes, and (5) administrative changes.
This also refers to telephonic discussion of the changes between Messrs.
A. McQueen of Region IV and R. Bliss of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant emergency planning staff on June 26, 1996.
Our review determined that the changes are acceptable and do not appear to degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning at the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
