This letter is in response to your request for statistics on allegations concerning the Diablo Canyon Power Plant which you made during a conversation with Mr. Edward T. Baker, NRC's Agency Allegation Advisor, at the March 1996 Employee Concerns Conference.
The attached table provides a breakdown of the allegations received in calendar years
- 1993, 1994, and
- 1995, and this year through Hay 22, 1996.
