1995, which transmitted Revision 3, Change

15. to the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan.

This revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and incorporated the following change:

removal of the Emergency Assessment and

Response

System terminal from the control room and simulator, and the addition of a Plant Process Computer Dose Assessment Program "EPR2."

This also refers to telephonic discussions of the changes between Mr. Arthur D.

McQueen of my staff and M.

Hug of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant staff on November 3, 1995.

Based on our review.

we determined that the changes are acceptable and do not appear to degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning at the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
