FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY REPORT Enclosed is a copy of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Final Exercise Report for the October 20,
- 1993, Exercise of Offsite Radiological Emergency
Response
Plans site-specific to the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
The report indicates that FEHA observed no deficiencies during the exercise;
- however, there were twenty-six Areas Requiring Corrective Actions (ARCA) and thirteen Plan Inadequacies identified during the exercise.
The FEMA Region IX staff will monitor the status of the corrective actions.
This letter transmits to you the results of the FEHA evaluation of the emergency exercise and requests that you followup with offsite officials on the Areas Requiring Corrective Action and Plan Inadequacies.
No response to the NRC is required.
