By letters dated March 8, and December 10,
- 1993, you provided a response to
'RC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1, for Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP), Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
Your responses stated that you would fulfillthe requested actions as outlined in the Supplement and you identified how you currently meet or will meet the requirements of each requested action.
The enclosed Safety Evaluation Report (Enclosure
- 1) documents our review and concurrence with the contractor's finding presented in Technical Evaluation
- Report, EGG-DNSP-10826 (Enclosure 2),
and finds the licensee's response to this item to be acceptable.
This completes the NRC staff's activities associated with TAC Nos.
H85381 and H85382.
Further NRC review, if any, will be performed by inspection or audit.
