Jl'n an effort to expedite resolution of the November 19, 1990 request for a Section 2.206 enforcement action against the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) as well as the outstanding Notice of Yiolation against PG&E dated June 14, 1990, we would appreciate it if you would provide the staff with a written report of the status and schedule in the captioned proceeding currently before the District Court.

We would appreciate similar reports to the staff on a monthly basis until a Final Order is issued by the District Court.

A similar request has been made of Counsel for the Northern California Power Agency.
