Dear Mr. Rueger:
By letter dated October 21, 1998, you applied for amendments,to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Unit Nos.
1 and 2 Operating License Nos. DPR-80 and DPR-82. The proposed change would have modified the facilitytechnical specifications pertaining to the voltage and time delay setpoints for the first level undervoltage relays and the second level undervoltage relays.
Subsequently, by letter dated April 20, 1999, you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendments had not been published in the Federal Receister.
