This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated September 10, 1998, which transmitted changes to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures, EP G-1, Emergency Classification and Emergency Plan Activation, Revision 27, under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V.
