Dear Mr. Lochbaum:
By letter of December 30, 1998, the NRC responded to your petition of November 24, 1998, to the Executive Director for Operations that requested the NRC modify the operating licenses for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. Paragraph 4 on the first page of that letter indicated that a public meeting would be held on January 11, 1999. The correct date is January 15, 1999. A copy of the meeting announcement was faxed to you.
