During November 2-5 and December 7-11, 1998, an NRC inspection was conducted at your
Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, reactor facilities. The enclosed report
presents the scope and results of that inspection.
ln accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure willbe placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
