92-01 to revise applicable specifi'cations, to 'increase the Accumulator Allowed Outage Time (AOT) from 1 hour1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br /> to 8 hours9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br /> for reasons other than,a closed isolation valve, to revise the Action Statement'o be consistent'ith the Applicability Statement by replaci'ng the requirement'to be in Hot" Shutdown with a requirement to place, the plant in Hot Standby with pressurizer pressure less than or equal to 1000 psig, to revise'he frequency of surveillance 4.5. 1.2 for the accumulator pressure and water level channels from 31 days to 92 days, and to revise the surveillance from a Channel Functional Test to an Analog Channel Operational Test.
However, your staff subsequently informed the NRC during a telephone conference that the amendment is no longer requested.
Therefore, your proposed change is considered to be withdrawn.
If this information is not correct, please notify the NRC of your intended actions within 10 days of receipt of this letter.
We have prepared a proposed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License.
Unless you notify us that we are incorrect within 10 days of receipt of this letter, we will file the notice with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
