This refers to the routine inspection
conducted
by H. Hiller, J. Winton,
and
H. Tschiltz during the period from January ll through February
16,
1994.
The
inspection included
a review of your activities
as authorized
by
NRC License
Nos.
and DPR-82.
At the conclusion of the inspection,
the findings
were discussed
with you and those
members of your staff identified in the
enclosed
inspection report.
Areas
examined during this inspection
are identified in the inspection report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of
procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and
observations
by the inspectors.
Based
on the results of this inspection, it appears
that certain of your
activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements.
This
violation involved the failure of operators
to issue
an Action Request to
document
a quality problem as discussed
in Paragraph
7 of the enclosed report.
However, this violation was not cited since the criteria of the
NRC
Enforcement Policy were satisfied.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter
and the enclosures
will be placed in the
NRC Public Document
Room.
