PG&E Letter No. DCL'-92-081) which forwarded copies of the exercise scenario manuals for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) 1992 field exercise; and b)
Region V letter., subject:
1992 Emergency Preparedness Exercise Objectives, dated April 29,
- 1992, Region V Emergency Preparedness, Reactor Operations, Health Physics, and Physical Security staff members have reviewed the exercise manual and concluded that it appears appropriate to meet emergency plan goals and requirements.
Suggestions for possible scenario improvements or enhancements were made telephonically by Art Hcgueen, John Russell, and Emilio Garcia of the Region V staff to Phil Steiner of your DCPP emergency preparedness staff on Hay 8, 1992.
As you are
- aware, Region V will participate in the exercise by sending a site team to the DCPP.
