By letters dated January 30, 1990, July 27, 1990, May 8, 1991, and December 2, 1991, you responded to NRC Bulletin 89-02 for Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2.
In these letters you stated that all Anchor Darling check valves and valves of similar design at Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 had been disassembled and inspected, and Stainless Steel Type 410 bolting had been replaced by SS Type 630 bolting.
You further stated that all NRC Bulletin 89-02 requirements are now complete for both units.
The NRC staff has reviewed your response to NRC Bulletin 89-02 and finds it acceptable.
This completes our review of this issue and closes TAC Nos.
