interviews with

personnel,

One non-cited violation of

NRC requirements

was identified as

a result of this

inspection.

The violation regarded

the failure to declare

a main steam relief

valve inoperable after adjusting the valve with a faulty test device.

In accordance

with 10

CFR '2.790 (a),

and the enclosure

will be placed in the

NRC Public Document

Room.
