1991.
Areas
examined during this inspection
are described
in the enclosed
inspection
report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted
of selective
examinations
of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with
personnel,
and observations
by the inspectors.
No violations of NRC requirements
were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
One item was identified as
an exercise
weaknesses
and several
areas
were noted for improvement.
The exercise
weakness
is described
in
section
11 of the attached
report.
One item continues
to be
a concern
and is
discussed
in some detail in section
2.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
