the inspection consisted of selective,

examinations of procedures

and representative

records,

interviews with

personnel,

and observations

by the inspectors.

Although no violations of NRC requirements

were identified as

a result of this

inspection, your attention is directed to paragraph

4 which identifies several

instances

where your personnel

made errors in work clearances

and surveillance

testing.

Increased

management

attention in these

areas

appears

appropriate.
