DIABLO CANYON ALLEGATIONS Enclosed for your information is Supplement No.

33 (SSER-33) to the NRC Safety Evaluation Report NUREG-0675.

SSER-33 is the last in a series of reports on the subject of allegations that had been submitted to the Commission from early 1983 through March 1986.

Since the majority of those allegations had been submitted by you on behalf of individuals we are providing you with 25 copies of SSER-33 for their use.

The NRC staff has completed its technical review and evaluation of all 1728 allegations that were identified.

The staff has concluded that no further action regarding teh technical aspects is required in this regard.

The NRC Office of Investigation (OI) has not completed at this time its investigation pertaining to ten

( 10) of the allegations.

Because of the sensitive nature of these allegations we will not issue the results in publicly available documentation but only to individuals as appropriate.
