This is to acknowl'edge receipt of your letter dated Febru-ary 26,
- 1981, and to inform you of the Commission's actions taken in response to your requests.
We have served a copy of your letter on each party to the Diablo Canyon 'proceeding, provided copies to all persons who routinely receive copies of Commission ordexs, and placed a copy of the letter in our Public Document Room (located at 1717'H Street-,
N.W., Washington, D.C.'20555).
The Commission has also made available to the public the transcripts containing the statements of counsel and the extensive colloquies which occurred on November 13, 14, and 15, 1980 during the course of.the hearing.
The only material that has been deleted is physica security information.
A copy of the expurgated transcripts is enclosed.
