Enclosed is a copy of the "Testimony of James N. Brune on Behalf of Joint Intervenors Regarding Appeal Board guestions 1,
4 (Partial), and 7," filed by Joint Intervenors on August 8, 1980.
I understand that the NRC Staff has given you copies of the full set of NRC Staff testimony, including your testimony, a copy of the set of testimony filed by Governor Brown, and a copy of the set of testimony filed by Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
- Thus, on receipt of the enclosed testimony of Dr. Brune on behalf of the Joint Intervenors you should have a full set of testimony filed to date in
'he Diablo Canyon seismic proceeding.
