Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Updates
Dear Hr. Hartin:
In accordance with Section V, "Implementing Procedures,"
of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, we are submitting one copy of the updates to the detailed Implementing Procedures for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan as listed on Attachment 1.
Concurrently, two copies of each update are being submitted to the Document Control Desk.
Included in this submittal are Procedures OP-4A, Revision 0
and OP-48, Revision 0, each with an effective date of April 7, 1983.
These procedures were inadvertently omitted from our submittal of April 28, 1983.
Some updates contain privacy/proprietary information.
This privacy/proprietary information has been bracketed in accordance with NRC Generic Letter No. 81-27 and is identified on Attachment 2.
