Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Updates Dear Mr. Engelkenc In accordance with Section V, "Implementing Procedures;"
of 10 CPR 50, Appendix E, we are submitting three copies of the updates to the detailed Implementing Procedures for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan as listed on Attachment 1.
Concurrently, ten copies of each update are being submitted to Mr. Harold R. Denton, Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
