DPR-76 License Amendment Request No. 82-08 As provided in 10 CFR 50.90, Pacific Gas and Electric Company hereby proposes to amend its Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP)
Facility Operating License DPR-76.
The proposed change will amend a portion of the Technical Specifications (Appendix A of the License).
The change is as follows:
Change page 6-10, Section 6.5.2.8, to modify the frequency for audit from 24 to 12 months for:
(1)
Emergency Plan and implementing procedures, and (2)
Security Plan and implementing procedures The change has been reviewed and it does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
There is reasonable assurance that the health and safety of the public will not be endangered by the proposed change.
Information associated with the proposed change is provided in the enclosed attachment.
