In accordance with Section V, "Implementing Procedures,"
of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, we are submitting three copies of the updates to the detailed Implementing Procedures for the Diablo Canyon power Plant Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan as listed on Attachment. 1.
Concurrently, ten copies of each update are being submitted to Mr. Harold R. Denton, Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Within Procedures EP M-l, EP M-2, EP R-1 and EP EF-5 there is privacy/proprietary information.
This privacy/proprietary information has been bracketed in accordance with NRC Generic Letter No. 81-27 and is identified on Attachment 2.
