The Comnission Enclosures 1 through 4 provide information on the status of activities performed under the Independent Design Verification Program (IDVP) by the participating organization's'.*
'Encl'os'ure' i'sa 'revision of the IDVP Phase I program plan which was'irst 'submitted onApril 2, 1982 and was approved by the staff by letter'ate'd April 27, 1982.
Enclosure
'6 is a letter which corrects an omission made in 'an 'ea'rlie'r submittal of the Teledyne evaluation of the qualit'y assura'n'c'e and implementation reviews (see Board Notification 82-68)'.
These submittals provide information on the IDVP activities for Diablo Canyon, Unit 1.
The informatio'n is relevan't to the s'afety issue on the design adequacy of Diablo Can'yon, Unit '1, whichthis is the subject of Comnission Order CLI-81-30 which is the basis for the IDVP.
The staff is evaluating the information as 'p'art of its ongoing review of the IDVP efforts and will report on the 'res'ults pri'or to re'instatement of the license.
The material does no't pert'ain to 'those matter's that were re-solved by ALAB 644.
