3 Division of Licensing DIABLO CANYON BOARD NOTIFICATION 82-67 Attached Board Notification 82-6T was issued on July 1, 1982 consist-ing of a letter, also dated July 1, 1982 from H.

R. Denton to W. Cooper of Teledyne with a BNL report enclosed.

Some copies for the NRC internal distribution did not include the transmittal letter which gas now been included.

We have determined that the BoOt'd Notification packages to the Chairman and the Commissioners were complete packages.

We also determined selectively that the addressees on the Board Notification Service List received complete packages.
