Receipt of Petition Under 10 CFR 2.206
[7590-013 Notice is hereby given that by petitions dated May 12 5 25, 1982, Mr. Joel Reynolds on behalf of the Joint Intervenors to the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant licensing proceedings, filed a request for
'issuance of an order to Pacific Gas E Electric Co. to show cause why it should not be required to submit an amendment to its operating license applications to reflect recent changes in the organization and manaoement of the Diablo Canyon project.
In accordance with the procedures specified in 10 CFR
$ 2.206, appropriate action wil.l be taken on this request within a reasonable time.
A copy of the request is available for inspection in the Cormission's Public Document Room 1717 H Street,N.W.,
Washington, D.C.
20555 and at the local public document room for the Diablo Canyon plant at the San
