Enclosed are three signed and 37 conformed copies of Amendment No.
87 to. the Diablo Canyon operating license application consisting of Revision 3 of-the Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP)
Emergency
- Plan, dated August 1981, and including Change 1, dated January 5,
1982.
Appendix B to the DCPP Emergency Plan is the May 1981 draft of the San Luis Obispo County Nuclear Power Plant Emergency
Response
Plan.
Three of the appendices (D,
H,
& L) to the Plan contain privacy and/or proprietary information.
This has been bracketed in accordance with NRC Generic Letter No. 81-27.
The attached list delineates this information.

This revision is as yet unsigned but was approved by the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors during their meeting on January 18, 1982.
When the final County Plan is issued it will be resubmitted.
