SUBJECT:
REQUESTED INFORMATION FOR ACCIDENT SEQUENCE PRECURSOR SHUTDOWN ANALYSIS In a memorandum from William Russell to James Partlow dated June 24, 1991, the Division of Reactor Projects was requested to obtain specific information from designated licensees concerning shutdown events that had occurred at their facilities. This information was to be used in an evaluation of accident sequences that are precursors to core damage. Oconee Unit 3 was one of the plants selected because of a shutdown event reported in LER 287/88-005.
