Enclosure 1 MFN 15-065, Supplement 1 GEH Summary of Changes IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CONTENTS OF THIS DOCUMENT Please Read Carefully The information contained in this document is furnished solely for the purpose(s) stated in the transmittal letter. The only undertakings of GEH with respect to information in this document are contained in the contracts between GEH and its customers or participating utilities, and nothing contained in this document shall be construed as changing that contract. The use of this information by anyone for any purpose other than that for which it is intended is not authorized; and with respect to any unauthorized use, GEH makes no representation or warranty, and assumes no liability as to the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the information contained in this document.

MFN 15-065, Supplement 1 Page 1 of 1 Summary of Supplement 1 Changes GEH committed to the deletion of the new fuel storage vault in the previous response to Items 18b and 20 (Enclosure 1, MFN 15-065). The response included the ABWR DCD markups deleting the new fuel storage vault. There are no changes to the previously provided markups contained in Enclosure 1 of MFN 15-065.

As described in the original response to Items 18b and 20, the DCD was updated (Revision 6) to remove details related to the new fuel storage vault. In addition, there were COL License Information Items that were updated (Revision 6) for structural, dynamic, impact and criticality analysis of the spent fuel racks.

The deletion of the new fuel storage vault Design Features in the Technical Specifications (TS) and the Secondary Containment Control Guideline were not included in the previous markups.

They have been identified as a change for DCD Revision 7 to reflect the changes in Revision 6 described in MFN 15-065. Attached are the markups of the required changes. Because the new fuel stored in the spent fuel pool is not irradiated, there is no safety issue associated with removing the information from the Design Features section of the TS or from the Secondary Containment Control Guideline.

Impact on DCD for Items #18b, 19 and 20:

The following additional DCD Tier 2 Subsection and Table will be revised as a result of GEHs response to Items #18b, 19 and 20:
