DOCKET NOS. 50-369, 50-370, 50-269, 50-270, and 50-287 This confirms our telephone conversation between G. E. Vaughan of your staff and V. L. Brownlee of my staff on February 28, 1985, concerning an Enforcement Conference to be conducted at the Region II Office on March 26, 1985 at 10:00 a.m.

We requested this meeting to discuss the inoperability of the Control Area Ventilation System Chiller at McGuire and the radioactive shipment event at Oconee. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
