DONALD C. COOK NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (CAC NO. MF8457)
Dear Mr. Gebbie:
By letter dated October 11, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML16287A615), you applied for an amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-58 for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit 1, under emergency circumstances. The proposed change would have made a one-time modification to the facility technical specifications to allow for an extension of the Completion Time for one required offsite circuit inoperable. Subsequently, by letter dated October 13, 2016 (ADAMS Accession No. ML16291A496), you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment has not been published in the Federal Register. Therefore, a Notice of Withdrawal will not be filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
